Esoteric Classes

  Honorable Brethren, Per our CoW member, R\ W\ Keith Reynolds, there will not be any classes held at either Army Lodge, 25-Nov-20 or Chas. W. Anderson Lodge, 29-Nov-20. Hang tough Brethren, we will get back together after the Thanksgiving Holiday and I suspect – once again for and after the Christmas Holiday 23-Dec-20 and 27-Dec-20. Bro. Riley Miller passed

We're Baaaack !

 We had a great Stated Meeting on Tuesday. The Good news is we are back to work. We can have called meetings, do Degrees, practice and have Esoteric Classes as we wish.  The only down side yet is "no meals". So beginning to night, we will be at Lodge, practicing for a Master's degree. Which is scheduled for the 27th of October at 7pm.  We do need you to come back to Lodge, ok if you are sick don't, but if you are felling up to it, please do.  Hope to see you soon! The Honorable Stuart Simms laid down his working tools

  Honorable Brethren, The Honorable Stuart Simms laid down his working tools Monday, September 7.  He was a member of Cibolo Lodge #151, The York Rite, The Commandery, The Scottish Rite, and Alzafar Shrine where is was a Past Potentate and served as treasurer.  He loved his work with the Shrine helping the children through their hospitals.  He served as board member of the Galveston Shriners Hospital.  Visitation will be held Sunday, September 20 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Porter Loring Mortuary, 1101 McCullough Ave, San Antonio, TX 78212 Due to COVID restrictions a private committal service will be held at the Ft Sam Houston National Cemetery on September 21.  There will be a memorial service at Alzafar Shrine on October 3, at 2:00 PM with a reception following. We will celebrate a life lived with integrity and honor in the finest tradition of the U.S. Army. Bro. William Beal's Services

The Honorable William Beal has laid down his working tools.  Brother Beal was a member of  Charles W. Anderson # 1413 passed away on 1 June 2020. He was a Mason for 60 years and an active member of the Alzafar Shrine Golf Unit. Memorial Services will be held at the Alamo Heights United Methodist Church Tuesday June 16th at 11:00 am.  The family does not require Masonic Services due to the compressed schedule of funerals. William Beal passed away

William Beal 1 June 2020 The family sadly announces his passing after a long illness at the age of 84. Born to Coleman Beal and Stella Gordon in Greggton, TX. In his teens, his mother married RC Simmons who raised him as his own along with his three brothers. He attended Crozier Tech HS and Southern Methodist University. He worked at Braniff for over 15 years and finished his career as a Petroleum Landman CLP. Over the years he resided in Dallas, Tyler and San Antonio. He was an avid and excellent golfer who recently shot his age. He loved the outdoors, spending many hours hunting and fishing. He was an active member of the Methodist Church always teaching Sunday School or Bible study. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge (60 years), the Alzafar Shriner Golf Unit and the Petroleum Club. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 48 years, Kathy Buxkemper Beal, his twin brother Wiley Beal (Charlan) and his children, Vicki McDonald (Stephen) and Lorri Reese (Don). He wil

Family Night Dinner Cancelled - Lodge will be open for Member who need coffee and snaks.

Brethren and Family Members, Based on the Grand Master's recommendation and the fact that our speaker canceled, I am canceling Family Night this month. I will be at the Lodge and Brother Segovia will prepare some refreshments for those who need some fellowship or did not get the word. There is no further change in the Lodge schedule at this time.
