Don Comedy home to be on the History Channel

The History Channel showed up in March with a film crew. They were working on a segment about Lacy dogs that will air June 16th at 9 pm. The show, "Life After People", should prove very interesting. The segments (if they air) of the dog on the kitchen cabinet, dining table and opening and looking in the cabinet were filmed in our house in Marble Falls. Sadie, the dog, belongs to our friend Julie Neumann and is a frequent visitor here. She is also one of the dogs that I follow around the countryside chasing wild hogs. Don Comedy

Brother Jim Thompson has passed away.

We have another funeral, also on Thursday at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.... Brother James Calvin Thompson, Charles W. Anderson Lodge No. 1413, passed away on June 14th, 2009 after a long fight with cancer. He will be buried at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 9:45 AM on June 18th, 2009. Brother Elliott Samuels will be the Funeral Master for both Brother Thompson and Brother Walton. Brother Steve Thompson is flying in tomorrow from Washington DC and will provide me with the particulars on his father's service around 2 or 3 PM tomorrow. Worshipful Master, Dennis Lafferty

Past Master Bob Walton's funeral Services.

Brethren, Brother Robert "Bob" Walton's visitation will take place at Porter Loring North (on 1604) between 6 - 8 PM on Wednesday evening (17 June) with graveside services at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 11 AM on 18 June 2009. If you are available please plan to attend this service. Bro. Walton did a lot for our lodge over the years and I know Reba would appreciate all the support. We will not need Pall Bearers as the Air Force will be providing them at the cemetery. Thank you to those who offered. Any new information will be put out tomorrow night at the Lodge's Family Night. A card will be prepared for the Family, I hope to see everyone there. Dennis LaffertyWorshipful MasterCharles W. Anderson Lodge # 1413Cell Phone: 210-710-5907Email: P3@satx.rr.com
